REFUND POLICY 

Pursegloves Clothing will gladly refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Exchanges on incorrectly ordered goods will incur additional freighting costs and will be charged as according to the customer, as well as any additional pricing differences.  In order to return your purchase, please do the following: 

  1. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, it has to be as you received it. 
  2. 2. Return the product, accompanied with your details and your receipt to:

Out of Stock Product:We will advise by email if an item is out of stock, along with the expected delivery time. Please note that your order will only be delivered in full, when all products are available.

Gift Vouchers: At this time Pursegloves Clothing Gift Vouchers are only available for redemption in store.

Delivery Time: Orders placed on the Pursegloves Clothing On-line Store will be shipped on the following business day using Australia Post, provided that the item(s) are in stock.

Freighting Charges:The product prices do not include freight. You will be advised of the freighting charge at the time of check out, prior to entering your payment details.
